In order to encourage innovation with the group, we’ve created The Bear Pit. It’s an interactive process created specifically to build interdepartmental collaboration and foster innovation as an always-on behaviour. It’s your opportunity to develop a world-changing product or service, supported and funded by the Deepend Group. It’s time to collect your ideas, and build a team that helps you get the resources, traction and momentum to turn your idea into a project.

Your team needs to evolve your idea to a sellable state within a 3 month period

After completing a successful three month incubation period, the team will be able to re-pitch to the panel to for an additional three month slot, essentially defending their right to continue on in the program. This pitch will be against other teams vying for the fund.
